AI Project Manager (m/f/d)
You lead AI projects from workshop to productive operation — as the interface between clients, tech and creative. You make sure roadmaps don’t gather dust in a drawer but are delivered measurably.
- —Managing AI projects across the entire lifecycle (scope, timeline, budget)
- —Translating client goals into prioritised use cases and business cases
- —Coordinating interdisciplinary teams from tech, design and strategy
- —Stakeholder communication and transparent reporting against KPIs
- —3+ years of experience in project or product management, ideally in a data/AI environment
- —Solid understanding of agile methods and modern AI workflows

You develop and integrate AI solutions that work in real system landscapes — from lead scoring and predictive analytics to productive agents. Fact-based, transparent, action-oriented.
- —Design, training and deployment of ML/LLM models

- —Data preparation, feature engineering and model evaluation
- —Building monitoring, governance and quality assurance
- —Sound knowledge of Python and common ML/LLM frameworks
- —Experience with RAG, prompt engineering and agent architectures
- —Understanding of data protection, compliance and audit-ready systems

You produce content that convinces — with AI as a tool, not as an excuse. From campaign copy to moving image, you orchestrate tools like Midjourney, Runway and ElevenLabs into on-brand results.
